Retiling two balconies - Benowa Waters

This was a big job to finish up for 2023 - mostly due to access issues. Two balconies, 2 levels up, 20 meters long.

First up was waterproofing, then bedding. It took 30 mixes in the cement mixer and it all had to be pulled up in buckets.

The job took 4.5m3 of sand, 32 bags of cement, 6 tubs of membrane, 22 bags of glue and 100m2 of tiles!

We installed 6 custom grate drains, and fitted tile trims to 6 door sills.

It was certainly great to be finished for the year!
